Summit County Juvenile Court’s Court Operations Department consists of the court operations administrator, Title IV-E administrator, continuous quality improvement supervisor, re-entry case manager, a case expeditor, the child responsibility project coordinator, and the victim services coordinator. This department oversees many distinct functions of the court, those most primary include the administration, application, reporting, evaluation, and monitoring of the RECLAIM Ohio grant funded by the Ohio Department of Youth Services and the administration of the Title IV-E process, which includes maintaining compliance with federal program guidelines and allowing the court to access funding.
