Family Resource Center

Overview

Supports include: transitioning youth to and from residential or correctional educational settings to local academic providers; assisting with identifying educational alternatives; providing linkage to credit recovery opportunities for youth and families; partnering with local educational providers to enhance communication and collaboration; collecting and gathering education records used for case planning and goal setting with youth; and any additional support needed relating to education or academic needs.
