The Summit County Juvenile Court’s Attorney Help Desk is an opportunity to receive legal assistance with juvenile case jurisdiction and forms. The Help Desk is staffed by local, private attorneys who can provide advice and guidance on how to complete the following forms: Grandparent Affidavits, Medications of Custody, Preparations of Subpoenas and Obtain Service of Process.

 

The Help Desk is open every Wednesday form 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Meetings are held both in person as well as virtually using Zoom video conferencing.

 

TO MEET WITH THE HELP DESK ATTORNEY IN PERSON:

  1. 1.Appear at the Court on Wednesday between 9:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.
  2. 2.Sign in at the front desk in the Court’s lobby.
  3. 3.Read and fill out the Party Information Sheet and Waiver.

 

TO MEET WITH THE HELP DESK ATTORNEY VIRTUALLY BY ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING:

3. This link above will bring you to a digital waiting room. When it is your turn the attorney will meet with you individually in a breakout room where you will be able to privately and confidentially discuss the questions you have.
